Hi, I’m Sara-Jane, a newborn, baby, child, family & maternity photographer from Herne Hill in South London. I’m passionate about documenting your family’s journey through gorgeous, natural photos full of personality, in your own home or favourite outdoor location around London. I have created memories for over 900 families and I can’t wait to capture yours!

Your newborn photography session is entirely baby-led, allowing plenty of time for you to settle, comfort and feed your baby, with the safety of your newborn my top priority. A beautiful way of capturing precious memories of the first weeks of your baby’s life while they are so tiny. A relaxed baby photoshoot in your home puts your little ones at ease and allows their personalities to shine through. Perfect for documenting the milestones in your baby’s life – such as those first smiles and giggles, tummy time, sitting and standing.

My child photography sessions are always fun. I believe in letting children just be themselves so I can capture real smiles and individual personalities. I have plenty of tricks to help me and always leave with a new friend! Your family photoshoot captures those intimate, real and natural moments between you and your children for you to cherish forever. I love to make each session totally unique so that your family has a memorable experience as well as beautiful photos for your home.

It was a pleasure working with Sara-Jane. She communicated clearly and promptly ahead of our shoot. Her suggestions on clothing and styling were spot on and so practical. I recently had a newborn photo session for my first born son with Sara-Jane, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. We had a wonderful experience working with Shutterbaby! She knew how to calm our newborn and take the right cues from our very active toddler, which made the whole experience a lot more seamless!
